Each cottage has three bedrooms that sleep five people. One double, one twin and one single. The double bedroom has a private bathroom/shower ensuite. The one twin bedroom and one single bedroom each have a separate bathroom upstairs and downstairs. All bed linen and towels are provided for each cottage.
Booking Conditions
1: A deposit of €300.00 per cottage per week is required to confirm accommodation, in addition to the completed booking form. The balance of rental is payable eight weeks before arrival. Your booking is not a confirmed booking / contract until we are in receipt of your deposit and completed booking form.
2. We will not hold cottages for more than 3 working days.
3. The following cancellation charges will apply:
•8 weeks before date of arrival = 10% of rental or deposit paid whichever is greater.
•6 weeks before date of arrival = 50% of rental.
•3 weeks before date of arrival = 75% of rental.
•2 weeks before date of arrival = 100% of rental.
4.The only extra you pay for is telephone (usually charged by meter reading) and is payable locally on departure to our representatives depending on usage.
5.Strictly no pets allowed. Failure to observe this rule will result in immediate cancellation of contract and clients will be requested to vacate the cottages. Dingle Marina Cottages will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of this action.
6.Bed Linen is supplied but we recommend that you bring your own beach towels.
7.We reserve the right to request a security deposit of €500 on key collection – returnable to you at the end of stay after inspection of the property by our representatives.
8.Booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9.Possession of properties may be taken after 4.00 p.m. Guests arriving late should advise in advance. Check out on day of departure is at 10.00 a.m. to enable cleaners to prepare for next tenants.
10.Dingle Marina Cottages are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during stay.
11.The property and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure – otherwise a forfeiture of damage deposit will incur.
12.The number of persons stated on the Booking Form may not be exceeded without the permission of Dingle Marina Cottages.
13.All special requests (e.g. Cots, High Chair, Wheelchair, Skellig Leisure Club Facilities etc.) must be advised in writing overleaf.
14.Whilst we will endeavour to allocate a specific cottage number if requested – this cannot be guaranteed and therefore advise that we will not accept responsibility if a house number is not available.
15. The "Fungi Kids Club" @ Dingle Skellig Hotel is available to children from 4 - 12 years. A charge of € 5.00 per child per visit is applicable. We also provide a creche for Under 3 years @ € 6.00 per child per hour.
16.All letting will commence on Saturdays and finish on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed.
